Good morning sunshine

We woke up with sunshine and end the day with Irish Mist. But we had some stronger mist during the day.
We travelled quite leisurely today as tomorrow we have a 3,5 hour drive to our next destination.
We did the southside of the Ring today stopping in Sneem for lunch at the Village Kitchen. Highly recommendable. We were there two years ago. Back then I had a quiche with goats cheese, cranberries and sun-dried tomatoes. Today it wasn’t a quiche but the same ingredients on a ciabatta roll, which was also delicious. Karsten had a steak sandwich and Eric had a pizza.
We also enhanced our knowledge on Irish History and visited the Derrynane House. This was the ancestral home to Daniel O’Connell, The Liberator.
Highly interesting what his ideas were. Some politicians could take a lesson from him today.
So that’s it for today. I see the dirty laundry piling up in our suitcases and know that our vacation is slowly coming to end.
No idea what we will see tomorrow.
