Our last beach day was spent at our favorite: Lovers Key. We arrived a bit earlier than usual and splurged on renting a beach umbrella.

We also decided to rent another stand up board for another hour. But this time on the open water.
Eric and Karsten took turns, after some speculating I decided to try it again too. What can I say? I loved it. Every minute. There is nothing like gliding over the water. Also the fact that Lovers Key is so empty.

When we left, we stopped near the estaury and to our surprise found some manatees lounging in the water. What a beautiful farewell gift.

Tomorrow is our last real vacation day.
