Exhausted but happy

This morning I was awake at 5:30 and now it’s nearly 10:00 p.m and I am exhausted.

I think our presentation went fine. I guess I have to wait until next Friday to find out how it was, since that is when we get our grades.

This morning we headed off early for breakfast only to spend the first few minutes standing and eating because the cafeteria was overrun by freshmen.

Our group was set for presenting at 11:00, but we started at 10:30 so we were done much earlier and our professor let us off into the weekend.

I headed off for the Prudential Tower, had a beautiful view of Boston. I will admit though and I am being totally honest: I cannot read street maps. I kept walking in circles and was a bit confused. So I needed a bit longer to reach my destination. But as you can tell I found my way back. The map that I have is just to small and …… excuses, excuses.

I hurried back through the Boston Common because I had hoped to buy a sweatshirt from Suffolk University. Well the one around the corner from our dorm only sells Suffolk Law. Not quite the right one. So I hope to get around buying one next week.

When I finally got back to the dorm, my roommate was still there and she told me that a few others had decided to have dinner together, so I joined them and we went to Little Italy.

My feet are killing me and I am really exhausted. So that’s it for today.
