What do you do on a rainy day?

First of all you wake up at 5:30 am, then you contemplate on getting up or staring at the ceiling. Even try turning around and getting more sleep.
I ended up getting up at 6:15. After a shower ( I forgot to mention that bringing a microfiber towel was a smart thing to do. The towels supplied by the university are not enough) I decided to go through the study case and find out what could be important for our presentation.
At 8:00 my roommate and I left for the university cafeteria. Since no professor was waiting for us we all had a more or less relaxed breakfast. Today even with bacon.
After breakfast our group headed back to the dorm and to start working on our presentation. At lunchtime we took a break and finally finished off at 3:00 p.m. It was the perfect weather for working on a presentation, with no wistful glances to the outside, since it was raining cats and dogs the whole day.
We headed for the university one more time, because our professor wants a handout. So we decided not only to print for him but also for us. Unfortunately nobody informed him that we do not have easy access to the computer lab. We don’t have a log-in nor an email account. So the lab co-ordinator had to go find someone who could give us access to printing. Great planning.
So now my roommate and I are in our rooms going through our parts of the presentation and I’m hoping that it all works out fine. Our group is the last of four to present. It did make me nervous to hear him say: „If you don’t get it right, right from the beginning, I’m going to have to give you a D or a D-“ Gulp.
Tonight dinner is Triscuits and cranberry juice. The life of a student.
